Per the owner: We purchased this timeshare because of it's great location. It is only minutes away from The Disney Theme Parks. You can visit Sea World,Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. It is also within a short driving distance to Busch Gardens,Kennedy Space Center, Saint Augustine and Sliver Springs. The resort offers plenty to do for adults and kids. There are 7 heated swimming pools and hot tubs,2 arcade rooms,2 fitness centers and a nice play area for the little ones. Nature walks and poolside activities are also available. The customer service is excellent and available 24/7. The units are spacious including 2 bedrooms (sleeps 8) 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We enjoyed many vacations here before deciding to change our week option to points for more flexibility. Points ownership can be used by saving or extending the points over multiple years or borrowing points from future years. This option can be used for short stays,airfare,hotels,car rentals cruises and more. The point value for this timeshare is 121,000, which affords many great traveling choices throughout the US and International locations . The posting reads even years but because of the conversion to points, this does not apply and the maintenance fee is still only due every other year which is a big plus. Unable to travel any longer due to advanced age and medical conditions, we are, with much regret, offering this timeshare at a very reasonable price for someone else to enjoy.
