E-mail and Content Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, write, and coordinate content for all company e-mails, blog, landing pages, and social media.
  • Carefully proofread and edit all content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve success metrics on subsequent campaigns.
  • Develop hypotheses for improving success metrics, and regularly test theories.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing and e-mail
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and copyediting skills - please provide writing samples
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • High-speed Internet connection and office set-up

Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Primarily Weekends & Evenings)

Responsibilities

  • Work with a small dedicated team to answer questions, perform verifications, and go that extra mile for our RedWeek.com customers via web-based e-mail interface, and incoming and outgoing phone call as necessary.
  • Depending on availability and skills, you may be asked to get involved in other customer service duties, such as researching new resorts to add to the Web site, data entry, processing refunds, and more.

Requirements

  • Commitment of approximately 10 - 20 hours on the weekends and evenings, with the ability to follow-up with customers as needed.

Benefits & Other Details

  • You can work from home - travel is not required. The team members you will be working with are located in California, Wisconsin, Washington, Arizona and Oregon. If you happen to live near one of our team members, a face-to-face training session may be available to bring you up to speed faster.
  • Hourly pay rate will start at $13, with the possibility of an increase after a three-month review.

Full Service Rental Representative (Full- and Part-Time Openings)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with timeshare owners to gather resort and reservation information to accurately post the timeshare for rent
  • Review and verify information contained in owner's reservation and contact resort to confirm details (outbound calling)
  • Review comparable resort reservations and offers and assist owner in setting competitive pricing
  • Coordinate negotiations between owner and renter
  • Provide follow-up to owner and renter inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide general customer support as needed

Sales Contract Processor (Full- and Part-Time Openings)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with licensed sales agents to compile information to generate and process the purchase and sale contracts
  • Review estoppel, owner's documents and buyer's new owner form to create contract
  • Coordinate the delivery and receipt of purchase/sale contracts to buyer and seller
  • Review completed contracts for accuracy and completeness and generate documentation package for title companies
  • Respond to new deal tickets in a timely manner
  • Ongoing communication with buyer and seller regarding contract status and next steps
  • Provide guidance to both parties if the developer exercises right of first refusal
  • Ongoing communications with buyer, seller and title company as needed
  • Ongoing customer support as required

Responsibilities

  • The timeshare sales agent is responsible for selling and marketing timeshares to potential customers. Sales Agents will coordinate with owners to verify the vacation ownership, determine pricing, and assist the sellers and buyers through the process.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Position does not involve cold calling, all inquiries are inbound through the website.

Requirements
