E-mail Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, write, and coordinate content for our monthly e-mail newsletter, with the potential for expansion to other e-mail campaigns.
  • Carefully proofread and edit all e-mails for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve success metrics on subsequent campaigns.
  • Develop hypotheses for improving success metrics, and test theories with the help of a technical e-mail producer.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proven work experience in e-mail and digital marketing
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and copyediting skills - please provide writing samples
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • High-speed Internet connection and office set-up
  • A degree in marketing and previous experience with timeshares and/or RedWeek are advantageous, but not strict requirements.

  • Work remotely, no travel required.
  • We have a monthly deadline for the current newsletter campaign, but you can set your own hours developing the strategy and content.
  • You will be a contractor, not an employee.
  • Hourly pay rate negotiable, depending on experience.
  • We are a relatively small company, so you will have the opportunity to expand your hours and responsibilities as we grow.

Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

  • The timeshare sales agent is responsible for selling and marketing timeshares to potential customers. Sales Agents will coordinate with owners to verify the vacation ownership, determine pricing, and assist the sellers and buyers through the process.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Position does not involve cold calling, all inquiries are inbound through the website.

Requirements

  • A Florida real estate license is REQUIRED
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-speed Internet connection and office set-up

Benefits & Other Details

  • Work remotely, no travel required.
  • You will be a contractor, not an employee.
  • Pay $55,000 - $85,000/year, based on volume of contracts closed.
